胜利油田低渗透稠油区水平井钻井技术及应用

摘    要:胜利油田勘探开发主要以济阳坳陷为主,大多储层为低渗透油藏,突出的地质特征是油层多且单层薄、物性差、岩性复杂、非均质性严重、常规开采产量低、经济效益差。由于水平井开发具有延缓底水锥进、增加油气井的泄油面积、提高油气井产量和采收率、增加可采储量等优势,特别是能够实现难动用储量的高效开发,已成为胜利油田新区高效开发、老区挖潜提高采收率的重要手段。在胜利油田八面河、高青等五个油区所施工的的水平井多为1500米左右的浅井,本文详细介绍了这些油区水平井优化井身结构和轨迹方案、钻进施工技术、安全施工技术措施、钻井液工艺技术、完井技术等钻井工艺技术及其应用情况。该技术现场应用12口井,平均井深1633.5米,实现了安全优质钻井,提高了机械钻速和电测成功率,取得了很好的技术经济效益,对今后该油田水平井施工将起到很好的借鉴和指导作用。

Abstract:The main exploration and development works are almost conducted in JI Yang sag area and mostly zones are low permeability reservoirs. The prominent geological character of the reservoir there is multilayered, but every monolayer is thin, with low-grade physical character, complex Lithology and high heterogeneity formation. It will result in low production and low economical efficiency if using conven- tional exploitation means. Because horizontal well technology has the advantages of speeding down water coning rate, increasing well drain- age area, improving recovery ratio and production, extending produc- ible reserves and providing high exploitation efficiency of horizontal well, this technology has already been widely applied in new region and old oil patch of Shengli Oil Field and has become the main and significant way to improve production and recovery rate. In Shengli Oil Field there are five main oil patch (Bamian River, Gaoqing, Shanjia temple, Jinjia, Zhengjia area). Most of the drilled horizontal wells are 1500m deep. In the following text, the author introduces in detail how to optimize horizontal well bore structure, controlling trajectory technique, drilling ahead technical method, safety process technical measure, drilling fluid technology, well completion technology and application of these technique' s in 12 horizontal wells (average depth is 1633.5m). safety and high quality drilling operation has been achieved with improved ROP and successful probability of wire line logging, as well as good economical effect. This technology will be useful as a reference and a good instruction on the low permeability and heavy oil reservoir of Shengli oil field in the future.
