高职院校师资队伍建设的新思路、新特点与新策略

摘    要:随着职业教育的发展与相关理论研究的深入,我国高职院校师资队伍的建设形成了一条新的发展思路:以学生的发展为师资队伍建构的主线;以教师主体的发展为统筹规划的核心之一;协调人才培养标准、课程与教学、制度与文化以及内在发展动力四个因素,形成队伍建设的合力。同时,在价值取向、建设内涵、成长模式、发展动力方面显现出新的发展特点。由此,以人才培养标准明确教师发展的方向;激发与满足教师内在发展需求,实现主动发展;以课程与教学的新理念引导教师队伍与时俱进;完善制度、孕育文化,为队伍建设提供保障成为师资队伍建设的新策略。

Abstract:With the development of vocational education and the deepening of its concerned theoretical research, building up teaching units in higher vocational and technical colleges has formed a new thinking way: we should take the development of students as the main line in the structure of teaching unit ;we should take the development of teachers themselves as one of the cores in over-all planning;we should coordinate the four factors of tiaining standard of talents, courses and teaching, system and culture and internal motive force of development so as to form the resultant force of the construction of teaching units. And there appear new features of development in value-orientation, connotation of construction, model of growing and motive force of development. Therefore we should take the training standard of talents as the direction of development of teachers;we should stimulate and meet with the needs of internal devetopment of teachers in order to realise their active development ;we should use the courses and the new idea of teaching to lead the teaching units to advance with the time ; we should perfect our system, cultivate our cuhiere and provide safety for the costruction of teahing units.
