| 摘 要： | 服务业的发展与政府管理体制机制密切相关。在分析制约我国服务业发展的体制机制障碍及借鉴部分省市经验的基础上,从加快转变政府职能、建立健全服务业管理体制和工作机制、完善服务业社会中介组织体系和积极培育多元化服务市场主体四个方面,提出了创新我国服务业管理体制机制的对策建议。

| Abstract: | There are closely relationships between the development of the service sector and government management. Based on the analysis of the system and mechanisms obstacles restricting the development of China＇s service sector, and the experience of some provinces and cities, this thesis puts forward some countermeasures to innovate management system and mechanisms of service sector form four aspects： accelerating the transformation of government functions, improving the management system and work mechanisms of service sector, improving social intermediary organization system of service sector and cultivating actively diversified services players in the market. |
