| Abstract: | The supply of medium-and high-calibre talent is to be based on the need of economic and social development,the law of talent supply and the government's guiding policy concerning talent;the trend of the supply of university and technical school graduates is to be forecast in light of the development of higher education;and then medium-and high-calibre talent should be introduced,improved,stabilized and retained according to the regional planning of needs for talent. |
