| 摘 要： | 高校公寓是大学生学习、生活的重要场所。随着公寓中一系列问题的突显,如何加强对公寓的管理工作已日益受到社会各界的重视,并成为学校管理的重要课题。本文对高职院校公寓中存在的一些问题及其原因进行了分析,并对如何创新公寓管理工作进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The college dormitory is an important place for students’ study and life.Accompanied by some problems appeared in management,how to strengthen dormitory management has been taken seriously in all lines of society and it also becomes a significant subject for college management.This paper will analyze the problems and reasons appeared in dormitory management in higher vocational college,and explore how to innovate the dormitory management as well. |
