摘    要:要提高母语教育的成效,关键是要对语文教育的性质要有正确的认识,对纷繁复杂的语文教育系统中各要素的地位和作用要有清醒而正确的认识。应正确认识语文教育和语文教学的辩证关系;应以系统观看待语文教育中语言素养和文化素养的关系:语言素养的培养是核心,是目的;文化素养的提升是任务,也是进一步提高语言素养的条件,二者是不可分割的统一体。

Abstract:In order to make mother tongue education more effective,it is curcial to have a correct understanding of the nature of Chinese education as well as the status and function of all the important elements in Chinese education system.The dialectical relationship between Chinese education and Chinese teaching should be recognized correctly and the relationship between language accomplishment and culture accomplishment in Chinese education should be treated in a systematic way:The cultivation of language accomplishment is the crux,the aim;the uplift of culture accomplishment is the task,the condition to further improve language accomplishment,and the two are an indivisible unity.
