为满足开放教育水利水电工程专业学习需求和教学需求，云南电大理工学院对教学计划、教学内容、教学过程进行了改革，并总结出“高等教学”和“水利工程制图”两门课程采用多媒体组合的教学案例。

Treating at the actual conditions in Yunnan Province, the paper proposes that a positive participation in the reform of instructional program, content, procedure implementation in open education and a seek for feasible ways suitable for local economic development will meet the requirement of learners majoring in hydraulic - hydroelectric engineering specialty and find the new thinking and methods of instructional requirement. It also presents certain teaching cases to be discussed with people interested in this field.
