中美专利侵权审判模拟法庭

2008年6月3日由中国国家知识产权局专利复审委员会、北京大学知识产权学院以及美国约翰．马歇尔法学院共同举办了一次模拟法庭审理专利侵权案件的庭审活动，由中方和美方各自组成审判庭，对同一专利侵权案件作出裁决。中国政法大学知识产权研究中心副主任、北京大学知识产权学院及约翰．马歇尔法学院兼职教授、原北京市第一中级人民法院知识产权庭代庭长张广良和美国伊利诺伊北区联邦地区法院首席法官霍尔德曼分别担任中方和美方的庭审法官。

Sino-US Moot Court Sessions for Patent Infringement Litigation

Sponsored by the Patent Reexamination Board of the SIPO and Peking University IP Law School, and John Marshall Law School, moot court sessions were held on 3 June 2008 in Beijing. The Chinese and American sides each organized a panel to hear the same patent infringement case, and made its own judgment. The chief judge for the Chinese Session was Zhang Guangliang, former Acting Chief Judge at the Beijing Municipal No.1 Intermediate People＇s Court, now Deputy Director of the IP Research Centre of China University of Political Sciences and Law, and Guest Professor at the Peking University and John Marshall Law School, and the chief judge for the American Session was James F. Holderman, the Chief Judge at the US Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
