| 摘 要： | 本文在虚拟企业特征的基础上，分析了虚拟企业组织结构与传统实体企业组织结构的差别，提出了虚拟企业的三层组织结构，并在此基础上提出了具有普遍意义上的虚拟企业信息管理系统的构建模式，为虚拟企业信息的有效沟通提供了保障。
