| 摘 要： | 本在国内外相关献的研究基础上，结合自己的问卷调查研究，讨论了元认知的内涵及在英语阅读中的作用，英语阅读理解水平与元认知能力的关系。最后对教师在英语阅读教学中，如何培养学生的元认知能力，提出了三点教育建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the study of the relevant literature home and abroad and associated with the questionnaire research done by the authors, the paper discusses the connotation of metacognition, Its role in English reading, and the relationship between comprehensive level of English reading and metacognitive ability. Finally three suggestions are given to the teachers in teaching English reading as to how to foster the metacognition ability of the students. |
