| Abstract: | Seeing that there is unreasonableness in present for- eign languages test adopted in colleges and universities,it is held herein that it is necessary and important to examine the students in their knowledge and capability at the same time. An analysis of two typical test papers reveals the results by contrasts between loss and gain in scores. |
