摘    要:本研究模拟高温环境下的搏击健身操实验,分析学生身体成分指标,评价减肥锻炼效果和效率.通过对上海某高校女大学生进行身体成分测试,筛选体型超标者作为受试对象,分为实验组(高温环境搏击健身操组)和对照组(普通锻炼组).实验组进行高温环境搏击健身操锻炼,每周2次,每次90min,共36次.对照组参加俱乐部日常锻炼.锻炼后实验组的体重、脂肪重和体脂%,分别下降了3.1kg、3.08 kg、3.38% (P<0.001),对照组变化不明显.研究结果证明:高温环境下搏击健身操锻炼减肥效果显著.

Abstract:Through the experiment of kickboxing aerobics in a simulated high temperature environment,the present paper aimed to analyze the body composition indexes of female students and evaluate the effects of aerobic exercises on weight loss.The body composition was measured from one university in Shanghai.Overweight students were cho sen and divided into the experimental group(kickboxing aerobic group in high ambient temperature)and the control group(ordinary training group).The experimental group performed kickboxing aerobics in high ambient tempera ture two times a week,each time 90 minutes for 12 times.The control group conducted routine exercises of universi ty.It was shown that the body weight,body fat and fat percentage of the experimental group dropped by 3.1kg,3.08kg and 3.38%(P<0.001).The control group did not show significant change.Kickboxing aerobics in a simulated high temperature environment had significant effect on weight loss.
