| Abstract: | The paper analyses cultural characteristics of Japanese catering.It illustrates that Japanese food is exquisite and tastes delicate.Japanese attaches great important to table manners,the appearance and container of food as well as the dining environment which reveals delicate Japanese culture and exemplifies Japanese’s aesthetic awareness and respect to hierarchy. |
