| 摘 要： | 教学质量保证与监控体系是高校教学管理的核心内容。通过对辽宁对外经贸学院教学质量保证与监控体系构建经验的总结，指出加强教学质量保证与监控体系建设要强化专业教学改革，突出应用的高职特色；要细化教学管理，完善考核制度；要强化教学督导，构建教学质量监控体系；要努力打造“双师型”教师队伍。

| Abstract: | Teaching quality guarantee and monitoring system is the core of the college teaching management.Through the experience summary of constructing teaching quality guarantee and monitoring system in Liaoning University of International Business and Economics,this paper points out we should strengthen professional teaching reform,stand out practical feature of higher vocational colleges,detail teaching management,perfect exam system,construct teaching quality monitoring system,and build double-quality teaching staff in order to strengthen teaching quality guarantee and monitoring system. |
