2003年五城会对推动长沙城市建设现代化水平及市场化运作的分析

采用文献资料法、调查法和数理统计法,对长沙举办第5届城市运动会的运作理念,市场运作模式以及提高长沙城市品位,促进长沙城市全面建设进行分析。以供北京2008奥运会组委会参考。研究结论：(1)“政府主导,市场运作”是五城会圆满成功的运作理念;(2)举办五城会推动了长沙市城市建设,提高了长沙城的城市形象;(3)五城会重视经济效益和社会效益的运作模式;(4)市场运作,城运精神,城市形象相互协调统一是长沙2003年城运会的成功经验;减轻“低谷效应”注意新建体育场馆功能转换,重视体育场馆的赛后开发和利用,是实现体育事业和体育产业可持续发展重要途径之一。

Analysis on the Preparation of the Holding 2003 5th Intercity Games In Changsha in Elevating the Modernization Progression and Market-based Operation

Using methods of document study,investigation and mathematical statistics this article analyzed the work policy operation model by market laws and regulations in the 5th Intercity Games of the People's Republic of China in Changsha.The conclusion was that(1)"Government Guiding and Market Operation" should be the principle of the 5th Intercity Games in Changsha.(2) Holding the 5th Intercity Games in Changsha has greatly developed Changsha's city construction and form.(3)Holding a belief of all winning by benefiting a tie between society and economic.(4)The experience of the 5th Intercity Games was that market operation,spirit of city sports and city form should be coordinated;reducing "valley effect",paying attention to changing stadiums function and attaching stadiums developing after the competition should be the important ways that sports cause and industry developed continually.
