武汉市职业女性健身活动现状分析

运用问卷调查法、文献资料法和数理统计法，以武汉市职业女性体育健身活动为个案研究对象。结果表明：尽管缺乏时间、经济收入有限、工作压力大、家庭负担重、旧观念束缚等因素使职业女性中断了体育健身活动，但是多数职业女性热爱并能够参加体育健身活动，她们对健身作用的认知呈现出多层次、多元化的特点。

Body-building of vocational women in Wuhan

With the adoption of questionnaire, literature study and mathematical statistics, the body-building of the vocational women in Wuhan were taken as the subjects of the study. It was shown that most vocational women loved and took part in the sports body-building activities. There were some who gave up the activities because of lack of time, low economic income, big work load, heavy family burden and old traditional idea etc.
