| 摘 要： | 鸦片战争以后，西方列强在中国沿海地区想法设法引诱女性出洋，迫于现实压力，清政府终于承认了女性出洋的合法化。尽管取得了出洋的合法权利，但囿于中国文化传统，华人女性很少主动出洋，大多仍是被诱拐出洋，女性出洋后仍以从事低贱职业为主。清政府一直反对诱拐华人女性出洋。

| Abstract: | After the Opium War,the western powers used various means to seduce and kidnap Chinese females overseas from the coastal areas.The Qing government was forced to acknowledge the legitimacy under pressure.Though such migraton achieved legitimacy,restricted by tradition and culture,few Chinese women ventured overseas themselves.The ones who were kidnapped overseas were engaged in lowly occupations.The Qing government had all the time been opposed to kidnapping women overseas. |
