校本自主督导的运行机制

摘    要:韩国校本自主督导是“由学校职员参与的、旨在改进学校的教育实践的一个自主和合作的指导过程”,是校本教师教育的一种有效模式。为使该模式在我国得到有效运用,论文从目标、内容、运行原则、运行策略、评价方式等角度探讨了该模式的具体操作问题。

Abstract:The general concept of School-based Autonomous Supervision in Korea is defined as an autonomous and cooperative supervisory process participated by staff members for improving their educational practice in their schools. It is an effective model of school-based teacher education. In order to use the model effectively in China, in this paper discussed is the operational system, including objectives, content, rules and strategies of operation and so on.
