| 摘 要： | 由于高职教育培养模式、教学质量以及管理经验等方面的问题，使高职院校学生就业存在障碍。要保证学生优质就业，需坚持高职教育就业导向机制，推行企业、行业参与职业教育的做法，打造紧跟市场导向的品牌和特色专业，实现学校培养与用人单位需求对接，深入开展创业促就业活动。

| Abstract: | Employment difficulties result from the problematic mode of education,teaching and the management in higher vocational education.So the paper proposes strategies to the employment-oriented mechanisms and industrial practices to meet the demand of market so as to promote the employment for the students. |
