纳米材料光谱特性及其相关机理的初步分析

摘    要:纳米材料与常规常规材料相比呈现出吸收峰红移、蓝移等特异性能;初步研究表明,纳米颗粒尺寸越小,这些特异效应越明显,有关纳米材料光谱特性的研究已成为当前纳米材料研究的热点之一;然而,其光谱特性机理尚无统一解释;通过对波谱吸收机理和纳米材料特性的综合考察和分析,以及结合具体纳米材料的讨论,给出了导致蓝移、红移的主要因素。

Abstract:Compared with general materials,Nano-Mterials have been proved to exhibit blue and red shift in their optical absorption spectra.These shifting-effects would be more obvious as the nano-particles changing to smaller.Investigation on the Absorption Spectra of Nano-Materials has been become one hot topic of nano-materials field.Unfortunately,the mechanism of the shifting-effects of nano-materials is not good understood up to date.The causes that influence on the blue and red shift of absorption peak were discussed with considering the examples of nano-materials in this paper.
