| Abstract: | In the article, the vocational guidance model in keeping with the current situation of internal social and economic development and of being favourable to the employment and development of the students in the higher normal university were explorated rationally. The research results showed that the vocational guidance should run through all study and life during the university and realize the specialization, and its aim was favourable to the lifelong development of students. |
