A Discussion on the Basis of Sustainable Development of RTVU at County Level

Faced with the cross century educational renovation and development, RTVU at county level should try to make full use of the advantage of its own, conform to the demand of the era actively, think over the problems of construction and developing strategy. Its cognition basis should be oriented in serving the agriculture, serving the village, serving the peasant, its material basis should be the construction of the net and teaching forces which will fit in modern distance education, its quality basis should be the construction of courses, in order to realize the sustainable development the RTVU at county level in the 21st century.
