试论按生产要素分配

按生产要素分配就是按投入的生产要素的贡献向其所有支付报酬，分配的依据是对生产要素的所有权，在社会主义社会中，劳动对自己的劳动力也具有所有权，我国现阶段的按劳分配不同于马克思描述的按劳分配，应该把按劳分配纳入按生产要素分配的范畴，我国按生产要素分配的形式大致可分为按投入的活劳动分配，按投入的物化劳动或投入的劳动成果分配，按投入的风险分配，按投入的自然垄断性资源分配，按生产经营成果分配五大类。

A Study on Distribution According Factors of Production

Distribution according factors of production means paying the owner according to his contribution put in factors of production, and the basis of distribution is the ownership of factor of production. Under socialist condition, the laborer has the ownership of his own labor force, at the same time , the present labor based distribution system in our country is different from the one described by Marx. So we should put the labor based distribution into the category of the factor based distribution. At present, the form of factors based distribution consists of five types: distribution according real labor, according to materialized labor or products of labor; according to investment risks; according to naturally monopolized resources; according to products of management.
