With the developing of the market economy,the problem of lacking talents in the countryside become more serious,higher education must face this problem and train talents who are suitable to work in the countryside.Higher education must deepening its reformation in the aspects of the mode of runing school,students'recruitment,the contents of teaching materials,teaching method,evaluation system,employment system,etc.,and probe a new way and make a breakthrough in its accessing the countryside.
