| 摘 要： | 1975年12月湖北云梦睡虎地出土的秦简律，为研究秦史，尤其是研治秦代法制史，提供了弥足珍贵的一手资料，依据秦简律及有关史料，从赎刑的种类，取赎的方式，取赎的方式。取赎的范围，取赎刑徒的管理等几个方面，对秦代的赎刑制度进行了初步的探讨。

| Abstract: | The Qin Bamboo Slips about the law of Qin Dynasty, unearthed from Shuihudi in Yunmeng of Hubei province in December 1975, provide the most precious firsthand data for studying the Qin Dynasty's history, particularly the history of its legal system. According to the Qin Bamboo Slips and other relevant historical data, this article holds initial discussions to the Qin Dynasty redeeming punishment system , from the kinds of penalties that can be redeemed, the ways of redeeming, the limits of redeeming, and the management about the criminals whose punishment was redeemed. |
