高校"分流教学"的探索与实践

随着高等教育由"精英教育"转向"大众教育",每年高校毕业生数量急剧增长,学生就业压力逐年增大,高校的"第七学期"现象成为顽疾,多数高校处于两难境地.本文试图采用分流教学的方式解决这一难题,并在分流教学的内容和形式上做了进一步探索.

Exploration and Practice of Distributary Teaching Stratagem

In China, the mode of the high education is changing from talented training to public education. The number of graduated students is growing every year, so the press of employment becomes higher and higher. A special phenomenon, named as Seventh Semester Phenomenon, puzzles most universities. A distributary teaching stratagem is introduced to eliminate the phenomenon. Different components are explored to fit the requirement in different ways.
