| 摘 要： | 当前煤矿机械的发展与国内素质教育改革要求大学生能够灵活运用专业知识，解决挡手的实际问题并具有一定的创新精神。而对于煤炭产业来说，技术创新是产业保持持续发展的重要源泉。创新已成为奔腾全球的滚滚潮流，培养具有创新意识和实践能力的新型人才作为高等职业技术教育的核心，已成为人们的共识。

| Abstract: | Nowadays the development of the coal mine machinery and the reform of national quality education require the college students to be able to use the specialized knowledge flexibly to solve the practical problems and have some certain innovative spirit. To coal industries, technical revolution is an important source of continuing development of industry. Reform has become a trend all over the world. To educate new talents with innovative idea and practical ability as the core of higher vocational technical education has already become the consensus of people. |
