| 摘 要： | 美日俄等国所持有的东北亚国际秩序观及所致的安全困境严重地制约了该地区经济一体化的发展进程,任何国家都很难单独发挥对区域产生巨大影响的政治动员力。制约区域经济合作的安全困境不能通过军事手段本身来解决。这为中国进一步对朝鲜施加影响力,并将中国的经济实力转化为经济动员力,通过突出以东北亚国际航运中心为载体的大规模经济活动,使区域安全问题自然退居次位,藉此整合东北亚国际政治结构,提供了可为的空间。

| Abstract: | America,Japan,Russia and some other countries' outlook of International order towards Northeast Asia and the consequent security dilemma have severely restricted the development process of the economic integration within the region.It will be difficult for any country to exert singly a political mobilization force that could bring huge impact on Northeast Asia region.The security dilemma of constraining the regional economic cooperation cannot be resolved through military means.This provides possible action... |
