男子三级跳远第一跳起跳与跳远起跳角度特征比较

运用实验法和数理统计法,对男子三级跳远起跳（第一跳）技术和跳远起跳技术的角度特征进行了比较研究,结果表明：着板角（∠1）、扇面角（∠6）和起跳腿（着地瞬间、最大缓冲瞬间、离地面瞬间）三时相膝角（∠2）,前者较大;起蹬角（∠7）、起跳角（∠8）、腾起角（∠5）和起跳离地时刻之摆动腿膝角（∠4）前者较小.角度特征的差异表明：三级跳远第一跳必须相对低平地跳出去.

Comparative Study of the characteristics concerning the Take off Angles in Male Long Jump and Hop of Male Triple Jump

By use of experimentation and mathematical statistics,a comparative analysis is made about the technical characteristics of the takeoff angle in both the first jump of a triple jump and the long jump.The results indicate that the landing board angle（∠1）,is relatively larger than the fan angle（∠6）and the angle of the takeoff leg knee at the time of landing,at the instant of maximal shock mitigation and the time of liftoff（∠2）;the pedal angle（∠7） is relative smaller than the liftoff angle（∠8） and the angle of the knee of swinging leg at the time of liftoff.And the angular difference indicates that the hop in the triple jump must be done at a relatively smaller angle in contrast with the long jump.
