火焰原子吸收分光光度法测啤酒样中微量铜和铁
摘    要:本文利用表面活性剂和有机试剂的增感作用,用火焰原子吸收分光光度计(FAAS)测定了啤酒样中铜和铁的含量。研究了表面活性剂和有机试剂对测定的增感作用,其中铜增敏2.1倍,铁增敏1.9倍,还探讨了其作用机理。用此方法分析啤酒样,得到了满意的结果,回收率在97.8~111%之间

Abstract:In this paper,We have determinde trace Cu and Fe in beer by enhancing effect of sur-factant and organic solvent-FAAS. We have studied the influences of surfactant and or-ganic solvent and have studived mechanism. In fact, this method was statisfied, recoveryratios were between 97.8% to 111% ,enrichment factors of Cu was 2.1 times,Fe was 1.9thimes.
