| 摘 要： | 构建大学生村官工作评估指标体系，对大学生村官工作状况进行概括性度量和综合性评估，是进一步健全和完善大学生村官工作长效机制，推动大学生村官工作健康有序发展的基础。本研究探索构建了以政策环境、运行机制和工作成效为主要维度的大学生村官评估指标体系和具体的测量方法。

| Abstract: | Constructing evaluation index system for the job of the university student village officials to measure and comprehensively assess their work is the basis for further improving and perfecting the long-term mechanism of the university student village official work so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of its foundation. This study explores the building as the main dimension to the policy environment, operating mechanism, and the effectiveness of its assessment index system and specific measurement methods. |
