| 摘 要： | 安徽省立第三民众教育馆基于社会责任感、辅导工作的需要和省教育厅的法令要求，开始进行皖北乡村民教实验，从经济、文化和政治三方面开展工作，凸显了重视感化示范，注意引起民众主动参与、全面改造民众生活，积极与外界力量合作的办理特点，其有益经验可以为当前皖北新农村建设提供借鉴和启迪。

| Abstract: | Anhui No. 3 Public Educational Museum carried on a country educational experiment of northern Anhui because of the sense of social responsibility, counseling needs and requirements of Provincial Department of Education. It carried out the work from the economic, cultural and political aspects, with characteristics of action demonstration, guiding people＇s automatic sense, comprehensive transformation of people life and cooperation with external force. The beneficial experience of this event can provide reference and inspiration for the new rural construction of northern Anhui. |
