湘西土家族、苗族学生1991-2000年健康状况的动态分析

利用湘西1991年和2000年学生体质健康调研所获得的数据，对湘西土、苗学生的视力、龋齿、血红蛋白、蛔虫卵、首次遣精和月经初潮作9年的动态观察、对比和分析，为湘西少数民族学生健康水平的提高提供科学依据。结果显示：(1)9年间，土、苗学生近视患病率除土男外均出现上升，其中小学生大多数出现上升，初中生各有增减，高中男生大多数出现下降，女生大多数出现上升。(2)9年间，土、苗学生龋齿患病率平均值和龋均值出现下降；低陆和蛔虫卵检出率均出现不同程度的上升。(3)9年间，土、苗男生首次遗精和女生月经初潮的平均年龄均出现提前。

The Dynamical Analysis on Condition of Minority Students Health from 1991-2000 in Western Part of Hunan Province

Using the data obtained from investigation on constitution and health state of the students from 1991-2000 in westen part of Hunan province,the paper analyses the difference of eye-sight,dental caries,Hb,ascarid,first sperm and menstruation of Tujia and Miao minority students through 9 years observation,comparison and analysis in order to provide scientific foundation for the improvement of the health level of the minority students in western part of Hunan province.The result shows that short-sight rate of Tujia and Miao students increases on average,but that of Tujia male students decreases.By comparision,the primary students show increment,the junior students show decrement or increment,but the senior male students show decrement,at the same time,the senior female students show increment.The average of dental caries shows decrement.The low Hb rate and ascarid rate show increment to a different extent.The average ages of te first male sperm and female menstuation show to be ahead of schedule.
