摘    要:现代教师专业发展问题已成为国际教师教育和研究的热点问题,对于如何促进教师专业化发展,自20世纪80年代以来,各国都在改革和寻求其最佳的发展模式。这中间,注重教师自身的反思性发展是其鲜明的特色。现代教师反思能力与教师专业化发展的内在关联性具体表现为两方面:第一,现代教师反思能力是教师专业发展的必要条件;第二,反思能力使现代教师专业化发展具有可持续性。

Abstract:The development of modern teacher's professionalism has become a heated topic in educational research of teachers all over the world. The best development models on how to promote the modern teacher's professionalism have been discussed and pursued world-wide since the 1980s. Among those teacher's personal reflectivity has its particular characteristics. The inner correlation between modern teacher's reflective ability and the development of teacher's professionalism including the discussion on professional development as an essential requirement for a modern teacher; reflectivity as an essential requirement for the continual development of modern teacher's professionalism.
