| 摘 要： | 随着我国公司制度改革的深入 ,公司监督机制不完善现象日益严峻。如何构建现阶段的公司监督机制成为公司治理结构中的一个重要环节。本文试就这一问题予以阐述 ,特别是对现阶段热门的独立董事制度作了介绍。
