In the process of English verbal nominalization,the transformation within objective,the syntactic constraints and the semantic changes have always been important research topics.The researches of traditional grammar often only pay attention to its form and semantic changes,but have neglected its syntactic constraints and inner cognitive structure analysis.But the constructive approach of the objective transfer as well as the semantic changes caused by it in the process of nominalization can give a well explanation.From the analysis,the occurrence of nominalization can be displayed.
