摘    要:为了行之有效地将食品安全教育和有机化学教学融合在一起,在有机化学教学过程中渗透食品安全知识、开展专题讲座、进行课外讨论及小论文撰写以及组织学生开展食品安全知识宣传,进行教学改革尝试,取得了一定成效.

Abstract:In order to effectively integrate food safety education and the organic chemistry teaching effectively, four approaches are experimented, including introduction of food safety knowledge in the teaching of organic chem- istry, specialized lecture, discussion groups, essay writing, activities of propagation of food safety, and relevant teaching reforms. Some good results have been obtained from these efforts.
