| 摘 要： | 铁路内部培训管理由于长期处于手工、电话加传真的传统管理模式，不仅造成重复投资和资源的浪费，更是与目前铁路跨越式发展相悖。本文以广铁集团培训管理为例，从铁路培训管理和系统功能需求实际出发，运用最新的．NET技术，设计了基于B／S模式的铁路培训管理系统。

| Abstract: | Training management within railway companies characterized by traditional manual operations, telephone and fax gives rise to repetition investment and a waste of resources, and runs counter to the current leap-forward development of railroad service. Taking the training management in Guangzhou Railroad Service Group as an example, with railroad training management and demand of system functions in mind, the present paper designs a training management system of the railway service based on B/S for by using latest NET technology. |
