| 摘 要： | 礼俗社会与法理社会的差别主要就在于社会控制机制的不同,法并非是法理社会的特有产物,礼俗社会也有法,但礼俗社会中的法与法理社会中的法又有着很大的差异.文章仅就法在礼俗社会和法理社会中的性质、地位和作用的差异作些说明.
