| 摘 要： | 产学研合作是创新型人才培养和促进科研成果转化的有效途径,随着知识经济时代的到来,产学研合作的重要性日益凸显。通过对欠发达地区高校产学研合作现状的分析,指出了当前欠发达地区高校产学研合作存在的认识和理念的偏颇、体制机制上的弊端、专业设置的障碍、合作模式的局限和科技人才的匮乏等5方面问题;提出了转变观念,提高对产学研合作的认识;构建适应地方经济发展的学科专业体系和人才培养方案;建立有利于产学研合作的管理机制;创新科学技术服务模式;多渠道筹措资金,提升产学研合作实力等5方面对策,以资同类院校产学研问题研究参考。

| Abstract: | The collaboration among universities,enterprises and research institutes is an effective means for innovating personnel training and promoting the transformation of research achievements. With the arrival of the ear of knowledge economy, the collaboration is getting increasingly important. Based on an analysis of the status quo,it is pointed out in this paper that there exist five prominent issues： incorrect understanding, drawbacks in systems and mechanisms,obstacles resulted from programs offered,limitations out of collaborative models and the lack of technological professionals. A set of measures for tackling the problems are thus proposed. |
