植物多倍体特征与诱导及其应用

摘    要:通过查阅大量相关的文献,阐述了植物多倍体的特征;总结了大量文献中的诱导途径和方法,包括物理、生物、化学等方法;概述了多种多倍体的筛选鉴定方法。阐明了目前多倍体在生产与育种研究中的广泛应用。指出了植物多倍体诱导中存在的主要问题,并讨论了出现问题的原因。根据植物多倍体的研究现状,展望了其诱导及应用的发展前景。

Abstract:In this paper, access to large number of relevant literature, illuminated the polyploid characteristics of plants; summarized the ways and methods of induction from plentiful literatures, including the methods of physical, biological, chemical, ect. Overviewed the methods of screening and identification. Clarified the current widely used of polyploidy in production and breeding research. Pointed out the main problems of plants’ polyploid induction, and discussed the cause of the problem. According to the research situation of plants’ polyploid, and discussed the prospects for the development of its induction and application.
