| Abstract: | With the author’s emotional development as the sequence,Anthology of Heartbroken Poetry by Zhu Shuzhen,a female poet of Southern Song Dynasty described the “id”that longed for freedom and love,the“ego”that scrupulously abided by feudal code of ethics but rebeled boldly against it, and the reborn“superego”that showed concern about the livelihood of the people. The anthology presents readers an heroine who enjoyed happiness,experienced bitterness and finally realized her own metamorphosis and transcension. |
