建国后我国基础教育师资非均衡发展研究

摘    要:基础教育师资的均衡发展对基础教育的均衡发展具有重要的意义。当前我国基础教育师资呈现非均衡发展的状态。通过分析新中国成立后我国基础教育师资非均衡发展的过程,可以让我们了解造成今天基础教育师资不均衡现状的影响因素,以便更好地解决师资非均衡发展的问题。

Abstract:The equilibrious development of the teachers of fundamental education plays an important role in the equlibrious development of fundamental education.At present,the teachers in China fundamental education show an inequilibrious state.By analyzing the process of the inequilibrious development in fundamental education after 1949,we can understand the influencing factors that lead to the present inequilibrious state,and offer better solutions to the problems concerning the teacher inequilibrious development.
