中国共产党成立以来，历经了两次历史性的变化。事实证明，中国共产党是伟大、光荣、正确的党、坚持党的领导，是革命事业走向胜利的保证。“三个代表”是我们党的立党立本，执政之基，力量之源，深化我院的改革要以“三个代表”重要思想为指导，“依法治校”和“以德治校”并重。

Stick of the leadership of the Party and strive to carry out the reform anddevelopment of our institute under the guidance of the theory of the Three Represents

The Chinese Communist Party has experienced two historical changes since her foundation. It has been proved by history that the Chinese Communist Party is a great Party,a glorious Party and a correct Party,and sticking to the lea dership of the Party is the guarantee for the victory of our revolutionary cause .Three Represents is the basis of her founding, the foundation of her ruling and source of her power. In order to deepen the reform of our institute we should guide our work by the thoery of the Three Represents and administer the institute by virtue and by law as well.
