| 摘 要： | 近些年,校园伤害事故呈增长势头。教育部发布的《学生伤害事故处理办法》为此类问题的解决提供了法规依据。文章就校园伤害事故的界定、类型及法律责任的承担等问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | More and more hurt accidents in campus have taken place in the past fewyears.Means of dealing with the Hurt Accidents among students issued by Ministry of Education provides us with legal basis for solving these kinds of problems.In this article,the author tries to approach some questions about the definition and types of hurt accidents in campus as well as assumption of the legal responsibility. |
