基于能值理论的城市经济良性循环评价体系设计——宜宾市经济良性循环评价的实证研究

建立科学循环经济指标体系对于宏、微观循环经济模式的构建具有重要的意义,一方面可以对于循环经济系统进行定量分析和控制,另一方面对企业和城市进行循环经济建设具有积极的激励作用.以前搭建循环经济指标体系的路径主要体现在两个方面,一个是利用货币的量纲,只停留在人类的经济活动领域来构建指标体系,另外一个途径是利用物质循环原理.本文是在后者的基础上,利用能值分析理论弥补了原来理论在测算循环经济物质能量方面存在的缺陷,从而建立起以能值为量纲的循环经济指标体系,使得人类在定量测算自然系统对人类经济贡献时更加准确.

Appraisal Targets Designing of Beneficial Cycle for Urban Economy Based on the Energy Theory

It is significant to set up the scientific recycling economic indicator system for the microeconomic and macroeconomic recycling economy.It is helpful to do quantified analysis and control in the recycling economic system;it stimulates enterprises and cities to develop the recycling economy.There are two ways to set up recycling economic indicators,the currency dimensional analysis,and the material cycle.In this article,the latter is chosen,but there are still a few gaps to fill about the energy calculation of materials based on the Energy Theory for setting up recycling economic indicator system by the Energy dimension,which makes it more correctly to calculate the natural system economic contributions to the mankind.
