西部大开发与陕南农村家庭状况双重特点分析--对安康市县河乡关沟村100户农家的调查

陕南农村家庭状况中既存在着对传统观念固守的一面，又存在着适应时代特征变化的一面的双重特点，西部大开发中应以此双重特点为出发点，做好提高农村人口文化素质，资金扶贫和科技扶贫相结合，发展经济与环境保护相结合，计划生育工作与社会保障体系完善相结合等项工作。

Analysis on The Development of Western China and the Rural Families in Southern Shaanxi

The rural families in southern Shaanxi,on the one hand adhere to social conventions;and on the other hand,are eager to adapt themselves to the changing society. Now we are in the process of development in Western China.When we want to promote the economy here and to protect the circumstance around us,we have to take due consideration of the two features of the families in order to enlarge their personal knowledge and to fulfil the tasks of the aid-the-poor and social welfare successfully.
