| Abstract: | Absurdity in literature makes the literary form more real by means of further integration of form and content; it renders literature more humane by means of its admission of the reader' s right ; it strengthens the linguistic quality of literature through its reinforcement of the autonomy of the narrative subject and the placement of obstacles to the narrative object, thus promoting the modem evolution of literature. |
