| 摘 要： | 在阐述扎根理论特点、操作步骤及其在情报学领域研究进展的基础上,根据情报学面临的困境,提出了扎根理论对情报学研究的四方面,即情报学方法论、情报学理论思维、用户信息行为和信息系统理论构建的启示,为今后情报学理论研究提供参考。
