| 摘 要： | 以企业高管作为研究对象,从情报意识的角度,分析企业高管的情报意识对竞争情报绩效的影响作用以及作用机理,研究企业高管的情报意识的具体内涵以及各维度与竞争情报绩效的之间关系的内在机理并进行详细分析。依赖情境理论的基本研究范式,分别选择了行业竞争环境和企业IT资源内外部两个情境因素,讨论它们对两者关系的调节作用,为进一步的实证研究奠定基础。
